Replacement of existing exterior building windows and glazing systems at the Ralph Campbell Neighborhood Center. Base Bid Scope of Work: The base project scope of work includes demolition and replacement of all existing exterior window units with double insulated aluminum storefront construction. Add Alternate #1: Demolish and replace the existing aluminum and glass main entrance door system with new storefront framing that matches the replacement window units. Add Alternate #2: Paint three (3) existing hollow metal exterior doors and frames to match the new storefront window system frames. Question Deadline 12/10/2025 at 4:30 PM ET Pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes 143-128.2 et seq. and 143-131, and in accordance with City policy, the City of Raleigh encourages and provides equal opportunity for certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) businesses to participate in all aspects of the City's contracting and procurement programs to include: Professional Services, Goods and Other Services, and Construction. The prime contractor will be required to identify participation of MWBE businesses in their proposal and demonstrate how that participation will be achieved.
