No others are to be contacted regarding this project. A concept design for Central Campus Drive was developed, see attached document. Redevelopment and streetscape improvements to include complete reconstruction of the roadway and sidewalks along the corridor outside the Phase 1 project area. Design will include new protected bicycle lanes, bioswales, curb and gutter replacement. Proposal dates for the required references, management plans, statements of qualifications, and interviews will be based on the Project Schedule included in the Solicitation for A/E Services. The University of Utah reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the University. It is anticipated that Phase 2 will bid October 2026, with construction to be complete October 31, 2027
