Site work for a development in Bear, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a 231,198-square-foot, one-story above grade development.
This item shall consist of connecting new pipe to an existing drainage inlet. The item includes making an opening in the inlet to accommodate the proposed pipe in accordance with the plans, repairing the drainage inlet in the immediate vicinity of the pipe connection and placing non-shrink grout between the pipe and drainage inlet. Lums Pond State Park SWMP which includes the construction of a stormwater pond in the northeast corner of Lums Pond State Park. The pond includes an outlet structure which will be connected into the DelDOT system on Red Lion Road. The new construction is located in Lums Pond State Park, New Castle County, Delaware. The contract requires a bid security equivalent to 10% of the total bid amount, a performance & payment bond, and a 5% retainage upon payments to be held for six months following completion. There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site to answer any questions regarding the project. The completion time for the work is 30 working days.
