Demolition, site work and addition to a retail development in Bear, Delaware. Completed plans call for the addition of a 73,747-square-foot retail development; for the demolition of a retail development; and for site work for a retail development.
DiSabatino Construction is preparing a bid for a project to Pettinaro Construction that involves a 73,747 square-foot expansion at the Fox Run Shopping Center. The pre-engineered metal building (to include building, corrugated siding, one-deck roof sheathing, and the TPO roofing) will be furnished by Pettinaro Construction Company and constructed by the Construction Manager. Site landscaping, site electrical work, and lighting will be provided by Pettinaro Construction Company. This scope includes all excavation, trenching, and backfill, as well as pad-mounted transformers, electrical disconnects, and electrical panels. All sitework, including DelDOT-related work, will be provided by Pettinaro Construction Company. The deadline to submit Requests for Information (RFIs) is 01/16/2026.
