Site work and new construction of a civil project in Richford, Vermont. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The work includes the construction of a new water booster pump station, installation of 1,150 linear feet of new 8-inch PVC C900 waterline, 850 linear feet of new 4-inch PVC C900 waterline, 410 linear feet of new 2-inch CTS waterline, 660 linear feet of new 3/4-inch CTS water services, two fire hydrants, two flushing hydrants, and all necessary appurtenances to complete the construction of the new booster pump station, waterline, and services. Bids must be submitted for a single prime contract on a lump sum and unit price basis through electronic mail by the specified deadline. Bidders are required to confirm receipt of their submissions and are highly encouraged to submit bids early.
