The project consists of in-kind replacement of all doors in the exterior vestibules on the upper and lower-level roadways of the BWI terminal, hourly garage, daily garage and two doorways at the commuter pier. The terminal scope has 19 entries on the lower level and 20 entries on the upper level of the terminal. This project will rehabilitate the associated vestibulesin the terminal including floors, ceilings, lighting, interior wall finishes, replacement of HVAC systems, replacement of power distribution devices and lighting power in all terminal locations. The doors in the hourly garage will be replaced in kind. No improvements will be made to the vestibule areas. The hourly garage scope includes: 42 sets of sliding glass doors and 15 single automatic swing doors. The existing HVAC units are to remain. The Contractor is to clean ductwork, rebalance the system and commission the units. The doorsin the daily garage will be replaced in kind. No improvements will be made to the vestibule areas. The daily garage has 38 sets ofsliding glass doors, and the commuter pier has 2 sets of sliding glass doors. Specific features include: a. Selective building demolition such as doors and hardware, entry carpet and suspended ceiling systems, HVAC items. b. Doors and hardware. c. Interior finishes including entryway carpet, suspending ceiling, and paint d. Fire suppression system. e. HVAC including hydronics piping, valves and pumps; metal ducts; louvers; exhaust fans; condenser units; split system AC units; indoor air-handling units; unit heaters. f. Electrical including lighting, panelboards, low-voltage transformers, and wiring devices; fuses; enclosed switches and circuit breakers; enclosed controllers; lightning protection; fire alarm. g. Communication
