Vacant Unit Renovations -2 Scattered Site Units The Contractor shall supply all labor, material, supervision, equipment, insurance, and permits including Use and Occupancy (U&O) permit. All necessary permits must be obtained and completed as requested, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
