Renovation of a multi-residential development in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.
Vacant Unit Renovations -2 Scattered Site Units The Contractor shall supply all labor, material, supervision, equipment, insurance, and permits including Use and Occupancy (U&O) permit. The Use and Occupancy permit must be applied for within the first 30 days of receiving possession of property. All necessary permits must be obtained and completed as requested, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The contractor must comply with all Maryland state lead abatement regulations as required by law. The work involves vacant unit renovations for two scattered site units. Locations: 1920 E. 30th Street and 3026 Fendall Ave. Completion date of 30 days upon NTP date. Question Deadline 12/02/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Submit via Bonfire.
