Contractors are invited to bid on the AOT Central Garage Relocation project for the Agency of Transportation, facility to be located at 746 Paine Turnpike North in Berlin, Vermont. This project consists of but is not limited to construction of a new 12-bay vehicle maintenance garage, central office/parts storage area, and all associated site work. This will include all sitework, building construction, and utilities. Bidders are advised that blueprints and documents are available from the designated official source. Contractors must check the official posting site periodically for notifications, releases, and addendums associated with the RFP. All communications must be addressed in writing to the designated State contact and questions must be submitted in writing by the specified deadline. All bids must be submitted electronically as a single, digitally searchable PDF file by the due date and time as stated. Full bonding is required, and contractors must carry Builder’s Risk Insurance for the project. Bidders must not include confidential information in their proposals unless specifically directed. It is required to comply with all instructions and requirements of the solicitation, including but not limited to submitting a technical response, references, price schedule, certificate of compliance, and adhering to stated conflict of interest and procurement preferences. Failure to follow submission guidelines, provide requested materials, or respond to requests for clarification may result in rejection of the bid. The State reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities in submissions.
