River Road Wastewater Treatment Plant Aeration Basin Rehabilitation and Grit System Replacement Project in St. John the Baptist Parish. Sealed bids must be submitted with the bidder's name, address, and Louisiana State Contractor's License Number clearly marked. Bids must be addressed to the Purchasing and Procurement Department. Any bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will occur. Questions and comments regarding this bid must be submitted in writing. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five days after the actual date of the opening. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, genetics, disability, or veteran status. Participation by minority and female owned businesses, as well as businesses located in St. John the Baptist Parish, is encouraged. Special accommodations for persons with disabilities are available upon request. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
