Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Nantucket, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of two structures at different locations. One is a 2,850 sf, mixed-use, wood frame, two story building located The ground floor consists of a 3-bay vehicle/equipment storage. The 2nd floor consists of office spaces, kitchenette, bathroom, and janitor closet. Other work at this location includes: site work, utility connections, installation of an on-site innovative sanitary system. The other structure is a 2,350 sf, single story, wood frame, unconditioned storage building located at 166 Hummock Pond Rd. Other work at this location includes: site work, underground utility connections and asphalt paving. Both structure's designs have been approved by the Nantucket HDC. Sub Bid Category Waterproofing/Dampproofing; Roofing & Flashing; Painting; Fire Protection Sprinkler Systems; Plumbing; HVAC; & Electrical. Filed Sub-bid questions must be submitted by 12/5/25 @ 12:00 P.M. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Land Bank Commission must approve any contract regarding this project and reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it is in its best interest to do so.
