Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Nantucket, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a 61,250-square-foot elderly care / assisted living facility.
The Town of Nantucket invites qualifications from trade contractors for a Construction Manager at Risk project pursuant to M.G.L. Ch 149a for the New Nantucket Skilled Nursing Facility. SOQ documents shall be submitted electronically at www.projectdog.com, Project Code 871862. Trade contractors that submitted prior to the initial deadline do not need to resubmit. Pre-qualification requirements: DCAM certificate required. Project Location: SOUTHSHORE ROAD / SHERBURNE WAY NANTUCKET MA 02554 Construction of a new 61,250 SF skilled nursing facility to replace the existing Our Island Home. The facility will be supported by a new Geothermal well field and dedicated all electric mechanical equipment. Project includes all related sitework, as well as the relocation of existing Sherburne Commons staff housing and the construction of new replacement staff housing.
