The Nantucket Memorial Airport Commission is requesting qualifications for an Owner's Project Manager (OPM) for the Terminal Optimization and Geothermal Projects, who will provide oversight of the planning, design, bidding, and construction of the projects. Candidates must be a registered architect or professional engineer with at least five years of experience in the construction and supervision of building construction; or, if not registered, have at least seven years of experience in the construction and supervision of buildings of similar size and complexity. Candidates must also have extensive knowledge of the principles, methods, and practices applied in both design and construction, demonstrate broad trade skills and strong communication abilities, and have a thorough knowledge of state and local building codes.
