The project generally consists of installing gabions, stone riprap revetment, flood plain benching, native seed, and rock riffles along the banks of Wheeling Drainage Ditch from Northgate Parkway to Dundee Road. The improvements begin at 10+00 and end at 34+00. The scope covers all equipment, materials, labor, training, warranties, and construction and/or installation services necessary to implement the contemplated construction. All bid proposals must be submitted electronically using QuestCDN, and mailed or hand-delivered bids will not be accepted. The Village of Wheeling reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject all bids, and bidders are required to provide bid security equal to 10% of the bid amount.
