Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Camden, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
The work consists of the disposal of historic fill-contaminated soils, including loading, transportation, and disposal, as specified within the Bid Specification. Prospective bidders are responsible for downloading and reviewing all related attachments, which include maps, workplans, drawing sheets, technical reports, permits, and plan approvals. These can be accessed online, by requesting a CD at no charge, or as printed copies for a non-refundable fee. All addenda issued prior to the proposal submission must be considered in the preparation of proposals. Bidders must comply with New Jersey Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Requirements. Carl Miller Boulevard & South 8th Street (Block 520, Lot 26; Block 522, Lot 9 (Partial); Block 523, Lot 13), Camden, New Jersey Inquiries regarding the project shall be sent by fax or email no later than Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. to James Lee, Email: jlee@brsinc.com. The Bid Form of Proposal shall be submitted together with all required documents, forms and certifications, in a sealed envelope: (1) addressed to the CRA as follows: Attn: Olivette Simpson, Executive Director, Camden Redevelopment Agency, 520 Market Street Suite 1300 | Camden City Hall, Camden, NJ 08101; (2) bearing the name and address of the Bidder written on the face of the envelope, and (3) clearly marked "BID" with the contract title and/or bid # of the contract being bid.
