Bids are being solicited for the replacement of the roll-up door assembly at Building F2 at the Balzano Marine Terminal. Each bid submission must conform to the criteria set forth in the bid packets, which may be obtained from the South Jersey Port Corporation. Three hard copies of the bid proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and a specific statement regarding the bid opening. Bidders must also submit an electronic version of the bid proposal in PDF format on a USB drive. Proposals must be received by the specified deadline to be considered. Site inspections can be scheduled upon request and must be arranged in advance. All prices and amounts must be written in ink or machine printed. Bid proposals containing conditions, omissions, unexplained erasures or alterations, items not called for in the Bid Proposal form, attachment of additive information not required by the specifications, or irregularities of any kind, may be subject to rejection.
