Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Camden, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Proposed pricing should be entered where provided within the eProcurement Marketplace. Upload one original proposal to the eProcurement website as instructed. Proposals must be submitted by the specified deadline and will not be accepted after the appointed time. All respondents must comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C127 and P.L. 1977, c33, as well as N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:271 et seq. The right to reject all proposals or accept any proposal deemed most advantageous to the Housing Authority is reserved by the Board. Proposals will be held in confidence until after a contract is awarded or action is taken by the Board. Question Deadline 01/23/2026 at 11:30 AM ET
