Sealed bids are requested for a Maintenance and Repair Service Contract for Elevators, Escalators, and Dumbwaiters for Camden County and various outside agencies under the Camden County Cooperative Pricing System. Bidders must send bids to the Camden County Division of Purchasing. Bidders are responsible for obtaining the complete bid documentation from the specified County website. All bidders must comply with relevant legal requirements and regulations, including P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and P.L. 1999, c. 238 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 to 57) where applicable. In the event of inconsistencies between the advertisement and the bid documentation, the bid documentation will prevail.
