Design Services for Pedestrian Improvements Project The City of Farmersville is requesting proposals from qualified firms for professional engineering design services for the City of Farmersville's Pedestrian Improvements Project. The selected consultant will provide design and related services in accordance with the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) requirements and the scope of work outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP). The project includes design and preparation of construction documents for pedestrian safety improvements at various locations within the City of Farmersville. Improvements include installation of Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFBs), curb ramps, high-visibility crosswalks, pavement markings, signage, and related safety enhancements. The project must comply with all applicable City, State, and Federal requirements. Question Deadline 12/05/2025 at 4:00 PM PT All questions or requests for clarification must be submitted in writing to Steven Thompson, Public Works Director, at sthompson@cityoffarmersville-ca.gov. The City of Farmersville reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any irregularities, or award the contract in the best interest of the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
