Question Deadline 12/12/2025 at 2:00 PM CT The major work will consist of the following: Water - Unit 1: - 4,620 LF of 24-inch Water Line by Open Cut - 340 LF of 24-inch Water Carrier Pipe - 340 LF of 42-inch Casing by Other than Open Cut - 5,590 LF of 8-inch Water Line by Open Cut - 70 LF of 8-inch Water Carrier Pipe - 70 LF of 16-inch Casing by Other than Open Cut - Roadway Improvements Sanitary Sewer - Unit 2: - 150 LF of 12-inch Sanitary Sewer Pipe by Open Cut - 120 LF of 12-inch PVC Sanitary Sewer Carrier Pipe - 120 LF of 24-inch Casing by Other than Open Cut - 590 LF of 10-inch Sanitary Sewer Pipe by Open Cut - 3,290 LF of 8-inch Sanitary Sewer Pipe by Open Cut - Roadway Improvements Instructions to bidders include that all submissions must be uploaded, finalized and submitted prior to the posted due date using the Procurement Portal. Bidders should ensure all documents are clear, legible and complete. No late bids/proposals will be accepted and bids delivered in any other manner than the platform will not be accepted or considered. If a submission is unreadable to the degree that material conformance to the requirements of the procurement specifications cannot be ascertained, such submission will be rejected unless clear and convincing evidence of original content is provided and that the unreadable condition was caused solely by an error or malfunction of the platform. Bidders are encouraged to review each page of every document within their submission prior to submitting. Failure to submit all required completed information will result in rejection of a bid as non-responsive. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The City will award a contract to the bidder presenting the lowest price, with qualifications and competencies considered. Any necessary prebid conference and related FAQs will be addressed as addenda via the Procurement Portal. All interested parties are encouraged to indicate their intent to bid in the portal to keep updated on new information pertaining to the project. Pre-qualification requirements: Certain improvements in this project must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening.
