The major work will consist of the construction of Trinity Metro Bus Pads. The purpose is to set unit prices, and the City's contract budget may be less than the bid amounts, so the City is not obligated to award a contract for the full bid amount. Bid quantities are estimates and prices will be used to establish unit prices. The maximum amount for the project is $2,000,000, which may be awarded to one or multiple bidders. All submissions must be made electronically through the Procurement Portal, and failure to provide all required information will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. No late bids or non-electronic submissions will be accepted. Bidders should ensure all documents are clear, legible, and complete. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids. A contract will be awarded to the bidder presenting the lowest price, with qualifications and competencies considered.
