Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Glandorf, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The proposed work consists of constructing a Concrete Canoe Landing with Concrete Steps, Reinforced Concrete Access Road and Parking Lot between the Blanchard River and Blake Street in the Village of Glandorf. Bids will only be accepted from the Bidders listed on the Engineer's Official plan holders list. Bids must be submitted on the unbound Bid Forms furnished with the Bidding Documents and must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code or a Bid Security furnished in Bond Form, issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party submitting the proposal and all people interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of comparable size and complexity. This project is partially funded by a grant from the OPWC Clean Ohio Program. Attention must be given to all the requirements contained in the bid packet, prevailing wage rates, various insurance requirements and the requirement for a payment and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on public improvements in Putnam County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employments Services, Wage and Hour Division.
