Renovation and addition to a swimming pool in Dekalb, Illinois. Completed plans call for the addition of a one-story above grade swimming pool; and one-story above grade swimming pool.

Sealed bids for individual Trade Packages will be received for Additions and Alterations to Hopkins Park Pool Facility. Lump sum bids for Bid Release 03 will be received for Trade Package 09A - Painting. Photographs of existing conditions are available for reference. The contract awards will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, considering price, past similar experience, and ability to deliver the project on budget and on time. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, parts thereof, or waive irregularities or informalities, and to make an award in the best interest of the DeKalb Park District. All bidders must comply with Illinois Law regarding prevailing wages, labor laws, Equal Employment Opportunity, Substance Abuse Prevention, Drug Free Workplace, and any applicable ordinances or laws. Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cash equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount shall be submitted. Successful bidder is required to provide a Performance and Payment (P&P) Bond for 100% of the awarded sum and furnish insurance per specified amounts. Bidding Documents are available from IHC Construction Company. Bidders who receive plans from an online plan room must contact IHC Construction Companies to ensure notification of addenda.
