Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Geneseo, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project consists of painting and repairs to the 500,000-gallon elevated water storage tank, as set forth in the contract documents. All bids must be submitted using the provided forms and enclosed in a sealed envelope marked with the relevant item bid. Bid security of 5% is required in accordance with the instructions to bidders. The prevailing wage rates for Henry County must be paid for each craft or type of worker needed to execute the contract. Question Deadline 12/01/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing by e-mail at megan.crook@imegcorp.com. Questions received less than three (3) business days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
