Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Geneseo, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
E. Exchange Street - Sidewalk Replacement - Geneseo will require unit price bid. Project consists of Seeding, Class 1A, Erosion Control, Complete, PCC Driveway Pavement, 6 Inch, PCC Sidewalk 4 Inch, Detectable Warnings, Driveway and Sidewalk Removal, Combination Curb and Gutter Remove and Replace In-Kind, Manholes to be Adjusted. To obtain bidding documents bidder must provide current copy of IL DOT Certificate of Eligibility or a list of 3 similar projects for work specified in proposal. Awarded Contractor must perform 51% of the work. The most current general prevailing wage rates for Henry County shall be paid for each craft or type of worker needed to execute the contract with payrolls submitted through Certified Transcript of Payroll Portal with IL Department of Labor. Local funded project with all materials Illinois Department of Transportation approved and documentation required, unless variance approved by the City with the awarded contractor. The City of Geneseo reserves the right to reject any bids and to waive technicalities or irregularities.
