Site work for a communication facility in Charlotte, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade communication facility.
Charlotte Public Schools requests bids for Self-Provisioned Fiber Maintenance projects. Bids must comply with all requirements, including Invitation to Bid, Bidder Instructions, General Conditions, Universal Service Fund Conditions, Scope of Work, Timeline Requirements, Awarded Contract Requirements, and Products and Services Specifications. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in a sealed opaque envelope labeled appropriately and also uploaded electronically via the Triple R bidder portal by the stated deadline. No oral, telephonic, telegraphic, e-mail, or facsimile bids will be accepted, and late submissions will not be considered. No bid bond is required. Questions regarding the RFP must be directed to the designated contact by email. Bidders must submit all required documentation, including signature page, bill of materials, disclosure affidavits, references, and other required forms. Bids must detail qualifications, and any variances from specifications must be explained in writing. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, wholly or partially. Substitutions for specified products are allowed only if approved and at no additional cost to the District. All prices must be on a unit price basis including total price, with manufacturer discounts or rebates to be passed on to the District. The selected vendor is responsible for maintaining a clean work area throughout the project and upon completion.
