Project has not yet been awarded and the timeline for award has not yet been established ** The purpose is to solicit sealed bids from qualified sources to provide janitorial services to the State Corporation Commission, Virginia Retirement System, and Virginia Worker's Compensation Commission. Work locations include SCC at 1300 E Main Street, Richmond, VA 23219; VRS at 1200 E Main Street, Richmond, VA 23219; and VWC at 333 E Franklin Street, Richmond, VA 23219. Optional pre-bid visits to the Sites will be held as follows: 12/8/25: 11AM Tyler Building 1300 E Main Street, Richmond, VA 23219 12/8/25: 12PM VRS Building 1200 E Main Street, Richmond, VA 23219 12/9/25: 2PM VWC Building 333 E Franklin Street, Richmond, VA 23219 Bidders who plan to attend any or all Site visits should register by emailing kendra.briscoe@scc.virginia.gov with the name of the attendee, the Site or Sites the attendee plans to visit, the company the attendee is representing and the attendee's phone number and email address no later than 5:00PM EST on December 7, 2025. The purpose of these Site visits is to allow potential Bidders an opportunity to understand the Site conditions, present questions and obtain clarification relative to any facet of this solicitation. No additional opportunities will be provided to visit any Sites. Bidders are encouraged to submit written questions in advance of the pre-bid Site visit to allow the SCC time to review and provide a response at the time of the Site visit. Questions can be submitted no later than December 7, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST. The term of this Contract shall be for one (1) year with four (4), one (1) year renewal options.
