The project consists of providing labor and material for the "Waste/Vent Piping FY2026" at 333 W 35th St, Chicago, IL. The work involves replacing various drains, submersibles, water heaters, and other waste/vent piping elements in the stadium. Contractors interested in submitting proposals are required to review the RFP and drawings available through the specified website. There is a mandatory pre-submission conference and walk-through, attendance of which must be confirmed by email. Proposals are to be submitted electronically to the listed email addresses. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications or waive any informality at its discretion. Scope of the Work. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, supplies, tools, scaffolding, transportation, superintendence, coordination, insurance as applicable, taxes, permits, weather protection, bonds and all other services, facilities and items (collectively, the "Work") necessary for the performance of the Project (as described in the relevant Scope of Work in Exhibit I), whether specified herein or not, which are necessary or appropriate, for the full, proper and timely performance and completion of the obligations described in the Contract (including the schedules attached thereto) for such portion, the drawings prepared by the Architect/Engineer and available separately as Exhibit F (the "Drawings"), the specifications prepared by the Architect/Engineer, available separately on the drawings as Exhibit G (the "Specifications"), the Procedures Manual for Contractors attached hereto as Exhibit H, and the Completion Dates and Milestone Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit J (collectively, Exhibits E, F, G, H, and I are the "Contract Documents"). The Work includes all materials, labor and equipment necessary or appropriate for the Contractor to complete the Project or which is reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents. No Bidder shall be entitled to rely upon any oral interpretation of the meaning of this Request for Bids or any other related documents.
