Site work for a water / sewer project in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The contract work consists of repairs to the Issaquah class ferry M.V. Issaquah including USCG underwater hull and internal inspections, anode inspection, gauging vessel steel, anode renewals, 100% topside washdown, surface preparation and painting of topside, hull, and bilge, replacement of the No. 1 gear locker door, replacement of No. 2 tank room air intake, replacement of No. 2 starboard ramp storage door, replacement of port side engine air intakes, No. 1 and No. 2 clutch air piping and guard, inspection of No. 1 and No. 2 End rudders, inspection of No. 1 and No. 2 End propellers, replacement of No. 1 and No. 2 End inner shaft seal elements, replacement of No. 1 and No. 2 End outer seal elements, sewer pipe water jetting, sprinkler pipe water jetting, controllable pitch propeller No. 1 End piping replacement, and other miscellaneous and related maintenance work as specified in the technical specifications. All work must be performed within Puget Sound, Washington, during the specified period. Bidders must be prequalified by WSF in Class 82 work, Vessel Drydocking & Hull Repairs prior to the bid due date. Sealed bids, together with the required bid security, should be mailed to the Contracts & Legal Services Department. Certified Public Works Small Business Enterprises, Veteran Owned Businesses, and Minority and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate.
