The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project pursuant to O.C.G.A. 36-91-20: Gwinnett Place Sewer Phase 2. The work to be performed under this contract includes the construction of approximately 240 LF of 8", 200 LF of 12", 160 LF of 18", 6,180 LF of 30", and 1,430 LF of 48" DIP gravity sewer main, 46 manholes, 260 LF of 48" steel casing jack and bore installation, 377 LF of relining sewers - 18" CIPP, restoration of all disturbed areas to pre-con struction conditions, and all other appurtenances as shown on the drawings or specified within the contract documents as required to complete the project. The Project is to be substantially complete and ready for operation within 540 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in the General Conditions. The Project is to be complete and eligible for final payment 30 days after the date for Substantial Completion. All competitive, sealed bidding shall conform to O.C.G.A. 36-91-2, -20 to -22. The Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources shall comply with O.C.G.A 36-91-20 as amended for mandatory pre-qualification of prospective bidders. This notice is ONLY for bidders that have already prequalified under the Annual Prequalification of Contractors for Sub-Section 2 Gravity Sanitary Sewer Mains - Large Greater than 12" included in Section 00 21 14 "List of Pre-Qualified Bidders."
