The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Gwinnett Technical College (Owner) for their Domestic Water Entrance Replacement - Bldg. A project at their Lawrenceville Campus, in strict conformity with the bidding documents and contract documents associated with this solicitation. The Campus is located at 5150 Sugarloaf Parkway Lawrenceville, Georgia 30043. Failure to participate in the Prebid Meeting and Site Visit, in its entirety, will automatically result in disqualification from the bid process. TCSG and the College reserve the right to disqualify a potential bidder for failure to be in attendance at the Prebid conference by the scheduled time. From the date that this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is issued until a bidder is selected and the selection is announced, there shall be no communication for any reason, except during the Prebid conference, between a bidder and any state employee other than the contracting officer regarding this ITB. TCSG and the College reserves the right to reject any bid for violation of this provision.
