Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work to be performed by the General Contractor consist of but is not limited to the following major items: o EROSION CONTROL BMP's including mulch, tree save fence, temporary grassing, inlet sediment trap, silt fence, and sodding. o TRAFFIC CONTROL during all stages, allowing traffic thru at all times. o DEMOLITION including tree removal, clearing and grubbing. o SITE WORK, EARTH WORK including grading and excavation. o CONCRETE PAVING including remove and replace concrete curb & gutter, sidewalks, and driveways. o STORM DRAIN STRUCTURES including storm sewer structures. o STORM DRAIN PIPE including RCP (type 3), exacavation, bedding, compaction, and dewatering. o PAVING, PAVEMENT STRIPING, SIGNAGE, TRAFFIC LOOPS. o PEDESTRIAN LIGHT POLES; HANDRAILS; FIRE HYDRANT. o Re-grout all exist. structures & site clearing. o The equipment and materials to be furnished by the Contractor will be installed at the locations shown on the Drawings and as described in the respective section of these specifications. o All work shall comply with all Federal, State, and local requirements and specifications. o The latest GDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction of the Georgia Department of Transportation, shall govern the construction of this project. o Work to be completed during night time. Operations to start 9 PM and finish by 5 AM during bussiness days. A five percent (5%) bid bond must be submitted with the bid. Successful contractor will be required to provide a one hundred percent (100%) payment and one hundred percent (100%) performance bond as well as an insurance certificate fulfilling requirements as stated in the bid documents.
