Site work for a water / sewer project in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The work consists of upsizing the existing Elm Creek lift station, including installation of a 6' diameter wet well, valve vault and appurtenances; a 2,000 lb. capacity jib crane and structural concrete foundation; 6-8" epoxy lined ductile iron force main and fittings; 15" PVC gravity wastewater pipe, manhole and appurtenances; two submersible non-clog sewage pumps, floats, fittings and appurtenances; electrical improvements and various other site improvements. Bidders must submit sealed bids on the specified forms. A Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or acceptable Bidder's Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each submission. Performance and Payment Bonds are required as stated. Bids must comply with the Contract Documents, and significant deviations not clarified by written Addendum are grounds for rejection. Questions must be submitted at least seven calendar days before bid opening through the specified Q&A portal. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids as deemed in their best interest, and may request qualification information for determination of the lowest and best bid. Bidders should thoroughly read and understand all terms and conditions. Question Deadline 12/05/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed, e-mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
