The City of St. Marys invites bids for the Police Garage Addition. The project is a 3,126 SF addition that includes concrete, masonry, steel joists and deck, doors, painting, EPDM roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electric, and site work. Contracts will be awarded for General, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical construction. Bidders must submit a bid guaranty in the form of a Surety Company's Bid Bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Amount. The regulation and general Pennsylvania prevailing minimum wage rates apply, as determined by the Secretary of Labor and Industry.
