*As of December 29th, 2025 project has been awarded to Fortiline Waterworks for $460405* Ensign St. and Main St. Storm Sewer Pipe The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of Polypropylene Pipe with Waterstop Gaskets and Reinforced Concrete Pipe with Gaskets. All sealed bids must be addressed to the City of Fort Morgan and bear the name of the bidder and their address. Bids may be delivered via private courier, USPS, or email to the specified City contacts. Bids must be properly signed and any addendums acknowledged by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. The authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to check the website regularly for updates and additional documentation. The City's Procurement Policy is available for review in the Municipal Code, Chapter 4, Article 6, Procurement and Contract Program.
