No definite date for the rebid.** Summary The City of St. Petersburg is seeking qualified vendors to execute a workspace optimization for the Prevention Division at Fire Rescue Headquarters. This project will involve modifications to the current office layout to improve functionality and efficiency. Background The Prevention Division at Fire Rescue Headquarters is seeking a workspace optimization initiative to improve functionality and privacy within the existing office environment. To achieve this, the project will involve the removal of current movable wall systems, a redesign of the interior layout, and the installation of new movable walls to create enclosed workspaces and offices. Question Submission Deadline: December 2, 2025, 12:00pm All questions must be submitted via City's online sourcing system. Scope of Work 4.1. Intent The City of St. Petersburg is seeking qualified vendors to execute a workspace optimization for the Prevention Division at Fire Rescue Headquarters. This project will involve modifications to the current office layout to improve functionality and efficiency. 4.2. Contract Term One time purchase. 4.3. Maximum Contract Completion Time All items will need to be delivered and installed within 60 days of vendor acceptance. 4.4. Minimum Qualifications At a minimum, Vendor must meet the following qualifications: Have been in the business of providing movable walls as described herein for a minimum of 15 years. Must attend mandatory pre-proposal meeting as outline in section 1.4, Timeline. 4.5. Vendor Responsibilities Vendor will be responsible for the following: Takedown and reinstall of high v movable wall and repurpose the Prevention conference room movable wall Install High Series 225 movable walls specs of series 225 flat profile 2-1/4'' movable walls should be: extrusions - aluminum with a tan paint finish 2-1/4' x 2' x 8'-9' high unitized panels with type x gypsum wall coverings 4'' black rigid snap-on base door unit with full height door frame, 3" x 7" solid core birch door with natural finish and glass transom kit, 1-1/2 pair of 4-1/2'' x 4-1/2" hinges and wall mounted door stop and hager 2553 whit US10B level handle key lock Install will need: 1 offset intersection 5 intersections 4 post intersections 3 post corners 1 finished end 6 new full height door units 6 glass transom kits 6 light switch rough-in drops 12 electrical rough-in drops 12 phone/data cutouts with box eliminators 1 blocking for one tv monitor in the conference room 4.6. City's Responsibilities At a minimum, City shall provide and meet the following responsibilities: City shall provide a point of contact, located at St. Pete Fire Rescue Headquarters (City Project Manager), to administer the Agreement. City Project Manager shall assist with planning, strategy, and objectives prior to performance of the Work. City Project Manager shall promptly respond to issues and inquiries so as not to hinder the progress, completion, or compensation for the Work.
