Renovation of an educational facility in St Petersburg, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Ajax has been selected as a CM for the Azalea Elementary School - Buildings 1,7,8,9 &11 Roof Replacement Project. This project includes the removal & relocation of existing HVAC equipment. Removal of existing roofing system, inclusive of gutters and walkway pads and replacement with new, furnish and install of metal canopy at Building #7. Construction Start: March 2026 Substantial Completion: August 2026 Final Completion: September 2026 Bidder Prequalification: Only bidders meeting prequalification criteria will be allowed to participate in the bidding phase of this project.
