Renovation of a parking garage in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Repair damaged parking garage tendons and restore the garage to its pre-damaged condition to slow structural degradation at the Chalmer Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary for these repairs. Contractor Certification for VAAR 852.219-75 must be completed and submitted with the bid, or the bid will be deemed non-responsive. All work must be coordinated with the Veteran Affairs Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer's Representative. Bidders shall submit bids on the SF 1442 Block 17 Continuation sheet, and bids will be evaluated on price. The project is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Bidders must be verified in VetCert and registered in SAM at the time of the offer and award. For eligibility, see VAAR 852.219.10 paragraph for performance requirements. Bidders must comply with Public Law 105-339, Section 1534 regarding contractor reporting requirements.
