Franklin County Board of Commissioners, on behalf of the Franklin County Department of Sanitary Engineering, is seeking qualified bidders to connect single-family residences on Gladys Road and Inah Avenue within the County's Sanitary District No. 4 (SD-4) service area to the newly constructed sanitary sewer system for the County's financial assistance program.
