Renovation of an industrial development in Hastings, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade industrial development.
Sealed proposals are requested for spray foam insulation at the Barry CRC Garage. Specifications and additional information may be obtained at the Road Commission Office or at their website. The board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive irregularities in the best interest of the Commission. Question Deadline 11/27/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents, or any part thereof, are to be submitted in writing to the Barry County Road Commission. Questions received less than seven (7) days before the bid opening may not be answered. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Preparation of all surfaces to be insulated. 3" of closed-cell spray foam insulation applied to the roof deck and gable ends of the parking garage and maintenance shop. Application of 6mils intumescent paint to all spray-foamed surfaces. Site cleanup and material handling. Adherence to MIOSHA and environmental regulations
