**As of January 21, 2026, No bids received, the project bid date and time will be Rebid on February 05, 2026** Rehabilitation of three existing lift stations including installation of new pumps, polyurea lining for wet wells, bypass piping installation, control panel replacements or repairs, valve vault modifications, and SCADA system upgrades. Bidders must clearly display their current license number on the outside of the sealed bid envelope. Bidders must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Anti-Kickback Act, and Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act. Participation from Small and Minority/Women-Owned Business and Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) is supported. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 30 days after the bid opening. The Town of Elm City reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. Location: Rehabilitation of three pump stations: Branch Street, Wilson Street, and Cedar Ridge.
