Awarded to Koehn Court Systems Repair, stain, relining, repainting, and refinishing of the gymnasium floor located at 2274 6th Road, Blue Rapids, KS. Tasks include removal and reinstallation of bleachers, thresholds, and baseboard; repainting lines for basketball and volleyball in compliance with current regulations; center artwork to feature VH Mustang Mascot; end lines labeled MUSTANGS. Sanding, repairing, re-coating, staining, and refinishing the wood floor to provide a smooth, durable, athletic-grade surface. Preparation and repair of all damaged or worn areas; all materials must be non-toxic and meet applicable safety standards; contractor responsible for acquiring all necessary permits. Work must be completed by the outlined deadline and must include post-project clean-up. Bidders must submit: company profile and experience; detailed work plan with timeline; itemized cost breakdown; warranty information; proposed dates for completion; proof of insurance, licenses, and bonding. Proposals are to be sealed and marked with bidder details. Only written questions will be accepted. The school reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and may request additional information or interviews before making a decision.
