The Town of Yarmouth invites sealed proposals from qualified professional firms for the installation and maintenance of a Plate Recognition System in accordance with the specifications set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP) documents. This solicitation must strictly adhere to the requirements of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 30B, Uniform Procurement Act, Section 6. Proposals must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes labeled "Technical Proposal" and "Price Proposal." Both envelopes must be received by the deadline at the Office of the Town Administrator. The Town of Yarmouth reserves the right to cancel the RFP or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, if determined to be in the best interest of the Town.
