Quotes are invited for furnishing the Town of North Attleborough Electric Department with cleaning services for their Operations Center located at 275 Landry Avenue. All quotes must be submitted plainly sealed and marked on the outside of the envelope as “Quote for Cleaning Services.” A walkthrough of the facility is required prior to submitting any quotes. The NAED reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, waive any informality in the quotes received, and accept the quote deemed most favorable to its interests. Quotes not complete, clean, and concise may be rejected as informal. The contract is for the period January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, with the possibility of being extended twice annually for a maximum of three years. Specifications are available at 275 Landry Avenue between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
