The Kalispel Tribe of Indians Public Works Department is seeking professional services from qualified residential home builders for the planning, design, permitting, and construction of the Kings Lake Road Residential Development project located on the Kalispel Indian Reservation near Usk, Washington. The project involves new utility and roadway infrastructure to serve multiple phases of residential home construction, park/gathering space, and approximately 10 to 15 new single-family homes with the first phase of project work. Proposals must address each of the elements outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP).
