Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cusick, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited for the Cusick School District K12 MEP Upgrades project. The work involves construction for the upgrades as specified. Bidders must submit sealed bids and alternate bid forms by the designated times and dates, with forms properly labeled. Declaration of Subcontractors must be submitted within forty-eight hours after the base bid time. Project documents are available for download at no cost, or as hard copies with a refundable deposit and a non-refundable handling fee. Contractors may obtain a limited number of sets. Bidders are encouraged to register as plan holders. All questions should be directed to the specified contact. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled at the project site. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities. Question Deadline 03/26/2026 Bidders and Sub-bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which shall reach the Architect at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
