It is the intent to secure a firm price for the purchase and delivery of athletic field marking dust, to be utilized by the Community Services Department, as specified on an "as required basis." No local licenses are required to perform the services for this project. Quoters are requested to email any project-related questions to the provided contact. These prices shall be considered firm for a one (1) year period, effective January 1, 2026 through and including December 31, 2026. This quote may be extended/renewed for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, by mutual consent, at the same prices, terms and conditions. Location-7001 Florida Street, Punta Gorda FL 33950 SPECIFICATIONS: The required athletic field marking dust is bright white in appearance, non-toxic, non-burning and harmless to soil and turf. Athletic field marking dust shall conform to the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) guidelines and not harm uniforms or players. The acceptable generic composition for the athletic field marking dust is as follows: Limestone (calcium carbonate) 90-99% Magnesium Carbonate 0-5% Quartz 0-5% ESTIMATED QUANTITIES: The exact quantities of the required athletic marking dust for this quote cannot be determined at this time. Annual past use by Charlotte County has been approximately 1,500 50-pound bags. These amounts are given for Quoter's guidance only; no minimum amount is guaranteed or implied. This quote award may result in similar quantities of purchases; however, no quantity is guaranteed. Purchase orders shall be issued on an "as required" basis.
