Site work for a water / sewer project in La Grange, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Installation of three pressure reducing vaults and water line installation per plans. Bidders are to furnish all labor and materials and perform all associated work as described in the specifications, general conditions, special conditions, and drawings. The time allowed for completion of the project is 45 consecutive calendar days. Bids must be submitted in sealed proposals clearly marked as specified, accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent of the base bid. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety days after opening, but may be withdrawn any time prior to opening. The LaGrange Utilities Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities; obviously unbalanced bids may be rejected. Bidders must comply with all applicable federal regulations regarding non-discrimination and participation of minority firms is particularly encouraged. Question Deadline 12/04/2025 at 5:00 PM ET
