The Owner is seeking proposals for bundled Internet Services at 1,000 Mb/s or higher. All schools within the Owner are to connect to the Owner's Office, and from there connect to the internet, unless noted otherwise. The service must provide access for all staff and students. Respondents must include any necessary electronic equipment for internet access and circuit monitoring during business hours; maintenance of all equipment is the Respondent's responsibility. Any one-time connection fees must be listed separately. Service must be provided to School District of New Lisbon, 500 S. Forest Street, New Lisbon, WI 53950. The Respondent's proposal for Internet Access (Bandwidth) must include: 1. Minimum available bandwidth of 1,000 Mb/s or higher. 2. Service handoff directly to the Owner’s existing Local Area Network. 3. Internet access available at all times, year-round. 4. Routing of all TCP/IP data traffic from the Owner’s network to the internet. 5. Maintenance of connections to multiple Tier 1 internet providers. The Respondent’s proposal for Internet Connection must include: 1. All physical connection needs, including any construction, permits, licensing, and on-site equipment to transmit the service. 2. All costs necessary to deliver the handoff to the Owner’s existing point-of-demarcation, including curb-to-demarc work. 3. Demarcation handoff as a Single Mode Fiber connection; Respondent must provide and maintain all premise equipment for this. 4. Full duplex operation (bi-directional connection). Vendors and subcontractors who perform on-site activities must contact the awarding entity for current health and safety protocols.
