The type of work expected to be performed is those with design and oversight of work for the Franklin County Courthouse at 222 St Clair Street, Frankfort, KY 40601. Qualifications and required forms must be submitted online to the DFS Procurement Portal at dfs.bonfirehub.com no later than November 28, 2025 at 2:00 PM, local time (EST). As of December 19, 2025, design team selected.
