Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Frankfort, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.

Franklin County is requesting responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms interested in providing architectural services, consultant engineering for plumbing, electrical and mechanical services, and floodproofing designing in connection with a flooding event occurring in April 2025 (DR-4864-KY). The type of work expected to be performed is those with design and oversight of work for the Franklin County Courthouse at 222 St Clair Street, Frankfort, KY 40601. Qualifications and required forms must be submitted online to the DFS Procurement Portal at dfs.bonfirehub.com no later than November 28, 2025 at 2:00 PM, local time (EST).
