The project consists of renovations in the Capitol Annex, East Transportation, and West Transportation Garages. The scope includes concrete partial and full depth slab repairs; concrete vertical, overhead, tee stem bottom, inverted tee beam, and miscellaneous concrete repairs; sealant removal and replacement; expansion joint repairs and replacements; vehicular traffic membrane installations; removal and replacement of line striping; installation of water repellent on uncoated slab sections; supplemental steel bearing plates and angles; epoxy injection repairs; pavement markings; plumbing repairs and replacements; and construction barriers and dust protection.
